Whatever listed out in your posts are fully covered in QM module and having said this, I would say, it would be apt had you added your subject text as Check Points / Control Parameters for QM Module instead of SD. From SD side, you can only sell a material only if it is made available under unrestricted. You have to post this query in QM forum.
