As you see here you were not passing the segment name to the SEGNAM parameter.
TEDIDD-SEGNAM = VSEG.TEDIDD-SEGNAM = 'Z1TRANS'. <--- It should be segment name.
TEDIDD-SDATA = VSEG.
APPEND TEDIDD.
