I am using Crystal reports XI designer. Here is the problem that I am facing.
Suppose I have following data:
Header: TRANSACTION1 Extension = ??????
Transaction Number | Extension | Quantities |
|---|---|---|
ABC | No | 100 |
DEF | Yes | 200 |
GHI | No | 300 |
I want to search within each transaction header if any extension is having value "YES" or not corresponding to each transaction number. If any one transaction number is having "YES" as extension ( as in above case) , it should display "YES" in the header next to "TRANSACTION1". If it finds that, all the transaction numbers are having extension as "NO" then it should display in the header as "NO". Final result should look something like this.
Header: TRANSACTION1 Extension = Yes
Transaction Number | Extension | Quantities |
|---|---|---|
A | No | 100 |
B | Yes | 200 |
C | No | 300 |
Header: TRANSACTION2 Extension = NO
Transaction Number | Extension | Quantities |
|---|---|---|
X | No | 500 |
Y | No | 600 |
Z | No | 700 |
