SAP BASIS + Security (Time consumption for T-code)

Dear All,

Is it possible to track User based on transaction they execute.

For e.g. if some user are using transaction ME21n (PO creation). Then is it possible to capture the time taken to execute the complete transaction with successful PO creation.

1.   Need the exact processing time including the Commit, Screen Navigation etc.?

2.   Overall time taken from starting of the transaction to end time of the transaction?
