8.82 Outlook Sync Problem

Hi All

 

I am connected with SBO vis citrix and facing below issue:

 

 

When sales users use the AddIn in Outlook to create activities from an E-Mail, it takes about 5-10 minutes until the Activity is created.


During this time they only see the message “Creating activity”.

It is only for Sales guys, not for the  Customer Service.

 

Now what I did:

 

I used the users Citrix / Windows Profile and logged on with it.

 

Started Outlook and connected to their live database with the sales guys usercode and password in SAP B1.

Takes long.

 

Connect with my SAP usercode to the live database.

Fast , 2 seconds

 

Created a new database (Backup / Restore), connected with the sales guys usercode to the test database

Fast, 2 seconds.

 

 

We resetted his citrix profile, logged in again…. Same thing.

 

Whenever a sales guy wants to do that, it takes long, but only when connected to live database.

Whenever a non-sales guys wants to do that, it is fine.

 

 

Please advise
