Our client has a requirement as below, kindly suggest your views please
Scenario
- Client has a small branch operations with a company code.
Branch is on ECC 6.0 with FI-AP,FI-GL implemented
- The branch's HR payroll and F.Asset transactions are maintained outside SAP in some local non SAP software .
- At the month end, the accountant gets the softcopy of payroll/Fixed Assets file ,
based on which he posts manually FI accounting entries in SAP.
Note: 1.Currently this Local Non SAP Software, generates a file containing all the Payroll Transactions
2.At present client dont want to implement HR Payroll and F.Asset Module in SAP.
Requirement
- Since there are lot of manual entries posted, Client wishes to automatically upload the trasactions
from Local non SAP Software to SAP.
Kindly suggest your suitable views to automatically upload these entries into SAP.
