We are generating Webi/ Crystal Report for all BO Users( 10000+ Users) and publishing to respective My Favorites
We are generating Publication Job as below format
Reportname_PeriodName_BOuserGroup
Ex : Reportname: SampleReport
PerioName: March 2014
BOuserGroup: CorporateGroup
We want to delete Old Instances of the reports( 1 Year Back) and Publication Jobs . Please let us know Best way to handle this
