Hi Surya,
Please check the following
1) ST-PI and ST-A/PI components are up to date
2) saposcol is running on the satellite system
3) SAP_PERFORMANCE_COLLECTOR job is running in satellite system.
You may check in tcode ST03N in the satellite system whether data is being collected
4) For managed system configuration, you need to check the step which is causing "system status" as Red. check all the steps in managed system configuration one more time.
